Returns Policy

Please Note: To Receive Credit for the Merchandise:

  • All Returns must be requested within 10 Business Days of the receipt of the product to the address on the invoice.  All orders must be returned prepaid (No COD packages will be accepted).  You may request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by telephone (877-500-7499) or via e-mail (Service@ordertree.com ).  The RMA number must be referenced on the package.
  • Returned items must be in new & resalable condition and in the original package. Any item that is not in new & resalable condition will be scrapped and no credit will be issued
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or a $3.00 restocking fee
  • Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase
  • Please allow 10-15 days for processing your credit once your return shipment is received
  • To track your return shipment you will need to retain the package tracking number. You may track your package at www.fedex.com. Again, please allow 10-15 business days, from the date we receive the package to process your credit

  • Installed, used or damaged items
