Pressure Washer Gun Handle Recall
STEP 1: Verify Model Eligibility
  • Obtain and take a picture of the Model and Date Code from the Sticker on the Housing of your Pressure Washer (See Image). If you are unable to obtain or upload a picture, please contact the Product Support line @ 833-211-9185 or e-mail productrecall@gardnerinc.com for assistance.
  • If you have multiple units affected please contact the Product Support line @ 833-211-9185 or e-mail productrecall@gardnerinc.com for assistance. Please have each unit’s Model Number, Serial Number and Date Code available.
**Please Note: If your Model Number or Date Code Range is not listed in the Drop-Down selections your unit is not affected by this recall**

STEP 2: Upload Photo of your Model Sticker

Clearly capture the label with the Model number, Serial Number and Date Code of the affected product.

Example:

**If you purchased a Gun and Hose Kit please take and Upload a picture of the decal on the gun (see below). If TYPE II is on your decal, then you have the replacement gun and no replacement is needed. If there is not TYPE II on your decal, please discontinue use of the gun and complete this form**

IMPORTANT: Your photos are the documentation that you have an affected product. If we cannot verify the data from your photos, we will not be able to issue your remedy. Please examine the image carefully before uploading.


STEP 3: Provide your Contact Information

STEP 4: Review and Submit

We will process your order after reviewing the information you provided. Once your order has shipped, we will send an e-mail to the address provided above with your order number and tracking information. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your replacement.
